At Ion Scientific we understand the challenges of travel during the pandemic. We want to make it easy for you to change or cancel your PCR tests without any penalties.
We ask that you give us at least a 24 hours cancellation notice by phone or email. We will give you a FULL REFUND if you cancel. Usually refunds take up to 3 business days.
